Baked Crispy Chicken
Italian Style Breadcrumbs

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Chicken Breast, Skinless, boneless
- 1 Cup Abigail’s Kitchen Italian Style Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 Sprigs fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Egg
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat over to 375 degrees.
- Stir together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, in a medium bowl. In a small bowl crack 1 egg and whisk egg. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and coat lightly with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Into the egg add each chicken piece shake off excess, dredge into breadcrumb mixture to coat; shake off excess. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
- Bake chicken until breadcrumbs are golden and chicken is cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and crispy golden brown. Using a spatula, loosen chicken from sheet before serving.
- For chicken fingers cut chicken into 1′ strips.
