Baked Crispy Chicken

Italian Style Breadcrumbs RECIPE SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Chicken Breast, Skinless, boneless
  • 1 Cup Abigail’s Kitchen Italian Style Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 Sprigs fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 Egg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees.
  2. Stir together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, in a medium bowl. In a small bowl crack 1 egg and whisk egg. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and coat lightly with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  3. Into the egg add each chicken piece shake off excess, dredge into breadcrumb mixture to coat; shake off excess. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake chicken until breadcrumbs are golden and chicken is cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and crispy golden brown. Using a spatula, loosen chicken from sheet before serving.
  5. For chicken fingers cut chicken into 1′ strips.
