Cinnamon Latte Bread Pudding

Abigail’s Cinnamon Vanilla Bread Pudding Mix

RECIPE SERVES 4

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1 Abigails Bread Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 Tbsp Instant Espresso powder
  • 3/4 Cups (6 oz) Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp of butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. In a bowl melt 1 Tbsp of butter and add instant espresso powder while butter is still warm. Let sit for 2 minutes
  3. Whisk together milk, eggs, espresso mixed butter, until fully mixed
  4. Add Abigail’s Bread Pudding mix and let sit for 5-10 minutes or until majority of liquid has been absorbed.
  5. Bake in a 325°F oven on the middle rack for 1.
  6. Serve warm.
