Cinnamon Latte Bread Pudding
Abigail’s Cinnamon Vanilla Bread Pudding Mix
RECIPE SERVES 4
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1 Abigails Bread Pudding Mix
- 1/2 Tbsp Instant Espresso powder
- 3/4 Cups (6 oz) Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp of butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- In a bowl melt 1 Tbsp of butter and add instant espresso powder while butter is still warm. Let sit for 2 minutes
- Whisk together milk, eggs, espresso mixed butter, until fully mixed
- Add Abigail’s Bread Pudding mix and let sit for 5-10 minutes or until majority of liquid has been absorbed.
- Bake in a 325°F oven on the middle rack for 1.
- Serve warm.
