Autum Harvest Pilaf
Abigail’s Long Grain and Orzo - Pilaf
RECIPE SERVES 4
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1 Pack of Abigail’s Rice Pilaf
- ½ Cup (4 oz) Frozen Squash
- ¼ Cup (2 oz) of Dried Cranberries
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup (2 oz) Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Cup (8 oz) of Spinach
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare Abigail’s Rice Pilaf using provided instructions. Adding additional lemon juice at the beginning. After half of cooking time, add frozen zucchini/squash, spinach and cook remaining 8-12 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
- Mix olive oil, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds.
- Serve hot
