Food has always been at the heart of our family. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the smiling faces of friends and family as they tuck in around the dining table. I love their questions as they try to work out what ingredients are in my dishes and how I make them taste so good!
It wasn’t until one day, when I was standing in the kitchen with my daughter making meatballs, that she asked me why I didn’t share my secrets and tips with everyone. I didn’t have an answer for her – because that was actually exactly what I wanted to do! I’d always wanted to create a business around food, and this seemed the perfect way. So with my hands covered in breadcrumbs and tomato sauce, and with my daughter standing next to me, Abigail’s Kitchen was born.
I wanted to start off with the fundamentals of many of my favourite dishes. Breadcrumbs and stuffing. I perfected the recipe, making sure the consistency and flavour was just like it is when I serve them at my own table. Full of only the finest, healthy ingredients with natural flavours and no preservatives or added extras. Exactly how I make them at home for you to try with your family! My breadcrumbs and stuffing are the perfect ingredient for meat, fish and vegetable dishes, making your mid-week meal much more exciting!
